1. He’s my best friend. I love him more than anything in the world. Because I love him, I worry about him, about his physical, mental, and emotional welfare.

3. Just because he hasn’t yet doesn’t mean he never will. It’s never too late to open your eyes, mind, and heart to new things—hell, to life in general—and it’s never too late to learn patience, optimism, understanding, etc.
4. Only a pessimist would use the words lost cause, be it about themselves or another.
5. Mind your own business. I recommend you try some of that patient understanding yourself, hm?
By the way, it’s “…or whatever the fuck you’re waiting for” and hasn’t, with an apostrophe. Proper spelling and grammar will make you sound a lot more intelligent these days.
